Should you, for what ever reason, want to exchange or return a purchase a pre-paid RETURN LABEL is included with every order. Exchanges are totally free - by mail, by phone or in the store.
When to expect your refund or credit:
Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account (you'll see the credit on your following statement). If you paid by gift certificate, we'll mail you another gift certificate.

By mail - FREE
Exchange postage is always free! Fill out the exchange portion of your RETURN LABEL and drop your exchange in the mail. Your credit card will reflect the credit for your returned item(s) and only charge you for your new item(s). No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the provided label.
By phone - FREE
Call us at 1-718-832-0717. We'll send in-stock items right away, credit you for your return once it is received at our warehouse and only charge you for your new item(s).
EASY MERCHANDISE RETURNS
By mail - $5.00
Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid RETURN LABEL. We will simply deduct a flat fee of $5.00 from your order refund for return postage. Just leave your package in a secure place where you normally receive your mail or drop it off at any U.S. Mailbox or Post Office. No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the provided label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed on our RETURN LABEL. If you do not use the pre-paid label, the $5.00 fee will not be deducted from your return.
In Store - FREE
Simply bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to our store.
