First button your shirt to the top. Flip the collar up.

    1. Start with the tie inside out, The wide end under the narrow end.

    2. Take wide end over and under narrow end.
    How to tie a four in hand knot: step 3  
    3. Pull the loop down and tighten.
    How to tie a four in hand knot: step 4  
    4. Take wide end over to the left.

    5. Pull wide end up, behind the loop.

    6. Bring wide end through the knot and gently tighten. The tip of should touch your belt buckle.
