THE HALF-WINDSOR KNOT

Symmetrical and triangular. A knot you can use with any dress shirt.

We have two sets of directions to tie a Half-Windsor Knot. If you need another demonstration try the other description of how to tie a half-windsor knot.

First button your shirt to the top. Flip the collar up.

	1. The wide end should extend about 12 inches below narrow end. Cross wide end over narrow end.
	2. Bring wide end up around and behind narrow end.
	3. Bring wide end up.
	4. Pull wide end up and through the loop.
	5. Bring wide end around front, over narrow end from left to right.
	6. Again, bring wide end up and through the loop.
	7. Bring wide end down through the knot in front.
	8. Using both hands, tighten the knot carefully and draw up to collar.

Practice and it becomes simple.
